SENSORY ANALYSIS
  • Colour:
    Intense straw-yellow with noticeable golden and bright hues, rich taste.
  • Bouquet:
    Intense and sweet notes of ripe yellow fruit and yellow small roses with vanilla flavour, the olfactory spectrum is medium complex and refined.
  • Taste:
    It is dry, warm, soft fresh and full-flavoured, with the same vanilla flavours as the direct scent.

Food to serve with: This wine is mature and ideal with elegant and spicy fish dishes, roast white meats and semi-mature cheese
Temperature: To be served at 12°-14°C in large glasses.
