VINIFICATION:
In steel vats, with long, temperature-controlled maceration at 23°/26° for 8-10 days, all movements take place with no oxygen contamination.
BOTTLING:
No added sulphites, with no oxygen present and with a nitrogen blanket.

Yellow gold consistent.
Bouquet:
On the nose it is expressed with notes of ripe white fruits , the peach is recognized, followed by vegetable sensations of almond balanced and delicately soft flavor.
Taste:
The tasting persistence closes with bitter almond sensations.
