  • VINEYARD:
    Proprietary vineyards. Planting layout from 2500 to 3500 grapevines per hectare
  • SOIL:
    Clayey, medium-textured Altitude 250 m. asl
  • HARVESTING PERIOD:
    From end of September to early October and in any case when properly ripe
  • VINIFICATION:
    In steel vats, with long, temperature-controlled maceration at 23°/26° for 8-10 days, all movements take place with no oxygen contamination.
  • BOTTLING:
    No added sulphites, with no oxygen present and with a nitrogen blanket.
